All the details to complete your exchange or return:

In case of exchange: You will receive a gift voucher worth the total value of the products. No minimum purchase amount is required, and you can exchange it for any product from Freressoutlet, including adding other items and paying only the difference. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

In case of return: The value of the products will be refunded to your credit card and to your bank account

     ● When the package is returned and passes the analysis (validation to certify that the product has not been used and/or is not defective), we will refund you within 30 business days (return), or we will send you your gift voucher within 7 business days (exchange);

     ● Once you request an exchange (gift voucher), it cannot be changed into a return (refund). Therefore, please be very careful with the following steps:

How to send the package:

To continue, you must enter your order number, which is: EK-XXXXXX, and your registered email address.
Wait for our team to respond by email. We generally respond the same day.
Upon your return, you will receive the reverse postal code to send the product.
Take the product to the post office following the instructions below.
For everything to work, it is important that the product is:

     ● Properly packaged. If you cannot send it in its original packaging, use any other brown paper packaging without any advertisements;

     ● In perfect condition and/or shows no signs of use;

     ● Not damaged;

     ● Includes all original tags.

Postal Code - Reverse post (free)

The shipment must occur within 7 calendar days (so that the generated code does not expire). It will be sent directly to the email address associated with the purchase. Don't forget:

     ● Shipping fees are free;

     ● The return period is determined by the postal service. You will receive the tracking code when the item is shipped;

     ● You can track your order with the tracking code you receive via the postal service tracking system ( https://www.dhl.com/gb-en/home.html ).
